We do this Full Body Cleanse once a year. We love it. The weight loss is outstanding. I recommend these products to EVERYONE. Last time I worked out while cleansing. This time I'll try but due to work/life schedule, I wont be as active. I'm eager to see my results. Also eating clean isn't as hard as it seems. I always tell people that the first time you cleanse may be challenging but when I did it a second time it was a BREEZE! *
