I did the Full Body Cleanse a couple months ago to kick start my weight lose journey. While I pretty healthy and eat healthy I wanted to lose about 10lbs of weight to lean out. I really was skeptical about the cleanse but I can tell you it really works. I trained hard so I didn't follow the diet plan to a T and I still lost weight and achieved my goal.
