Results don’t lie. I lost 16 lbs, and 3 inches in my waist. I tried the Full Body Cleanse with 2 girlfriends as a 20 day challenge, it was just that “a challenge” We kept each other motivated shared different ways to enjoy fruits/veggies.. We survived and it was well worth it. I have introduced this Full Body Cleanse to several as a lifestyle change. *

My cousin introduced me to the Full Body Cleanse, when she was on day 17, and told me all of the amazing benefits she experience thus far. She shared the many benefits, as well as some of the the challenges during the process(yes, they were worth it), that her, her sister-in-law and mother experienced and i was convinced. I am on day 14 and feel lighter, my face and eyes are brighter and my thinking is clearer. I was a skeptic at first and almost gave up (the first two days I had a fever, but knew that the product was working to cleanse) but I do not great--at all--my decision; I am now encouraged, more than ever, to live a healthy lifestyle and present the best version of myself each day. Today is day 19 of my being on the Full Body Cleanse. I feel lighter, my thinking is clearer and my energy level has increased. The most noticeable change is that the swelling in my ankles is gone, that was evident after only a few days on the cleanse, my ankles have not looked this good since I was in my twenties. It has been an amazing journey and the cherry on top,( fresh and organic of course) is that I have lost 16 pounds!!! with still one more day to go. I thought it was going to be difficult to follow the eating plan and take the pills every few hours but it’s turned out to be the easiest thing! I was very skeptical at first about the Full Body Cleanse but after the second day I realized it had been the nest decision ever. Not only did I become less bloated and more regular but I also gained so much energy. Not to mention the 15 pounds I lost which was a lot being only 130 pounds. I was surprised to see that I lost 6 pounds in the first 4 days! Unfortunately for me, I started around the 4th of July. LOL!! So I didn't follow the Full Body Cleanse fully for a couple of days. However when I resumed, I lost a total of 10 pounds. I'm gonna do it again in about a week. I know I'll lose even more due to the fact that my birthday is coming up and I'm determined to make it work even better this time. *
