This was one of the best decisions that I have made when it comes to detox. I felt great, my skin looked beautiful. I got a lot of complements about my 15 pounds weight loss and yes I blew it a meal or two but still lost. I never once had the jitters nor did I have loose bowels (sorry) but I feel it is necessary to tell you. I will most definitely reorder this until I have reached my weight loss goal. I truly enjoyed the cleanse and the products. I was not a fan of the charcoal but made the effort to try it in the beginning. I followed the program daily except for the charcoal, which I forgot about since it had to drink it before bed. I was focused on making sure to take all of the capsules daily in a timely manner. *
