First time doing the Full Body Cleanse. It's a big decision to change your eating habits from no restrictions to eating a raw foods diet. I must say the most challenging is finding a variety of raw foods that I like to eat. You get tired of salads all the time. And I really just want to have some cooked vegetables (LOL). So it forces you to be creative. The recipes on this site are very helpful however. I'm almost there! two more days and I will have completed my 20 days to better health. I do feel lighter, have lost about 8 lbs without exercise ( I also sprained my knee in the midst). Overall I say I have no other complaints other than food restrictions. I started the cleanse because I was just diagnosed with a 8 mm gallstone out of nowhere! They recommend surgery, but I'm not interested. I'm praying and trusting God for healing and also trying the Full Body Cleanse followed by the liver cleanse to Prayerfully get my gallbladder back to it's original state and no surgery! Will definitely do both cleanses at least once per year going forward! *

The focus of my review is to encourage others as I did on my health journey. The Full Body Cleanse is amazing.The daily 6 products regimen of 5 capsules was easy to do with the compact container being so organized. I learned about the Full Body Cleanse from Steve Harvey's show. I loved what the 20 day cleanse did for me. Personally in the first 5 days, I noticed immediately how my face brightened up, got smaller, and others noticed how vibrant I looked. Physically, I lost 25lbs. I felt more energized, I ate exactly what was on the meal plan and enjoyed creating my own varieties by following the meal plan.
