I am not one for dieting but over the past couple of years I’ve gained some weight. I tried the Full Body Cleanse being skeptical but was surprised and very pleased with the results. The raw food diet took some getting used to but once I finished the cleanse I lost 15 lbs. I felt lighter and had more energy. I have always had a hard time staying sleep at night but after about 5 days of being on the cleanse I slept so much better. I will do another cleanse soon. By far the best thing I have tried. *

I'm on Day 13 of my first cleanse and feeling great. I have energy without the caffeine, and that's coming from an avid coffee drinker! I've released 8 pounds so far, but my goal is to release the 50 pounds I've put on since I got married 2 years ago. So, I will be doing another Full Body Cleanse to keep me track to releasing more weight. As well, I hope to expand my recipes to some different dishes and continue eating all natural. I don't think I will ever eat anything packaged, processed, or man made again...just everything natural, nothing out of packages with ingredients that I can't even pronounce. I love the Full Body Cleanse but I wish that it was more affordable or at least run the special at least once a month to generate more sales and clients. This cleanse does work but you have do exactly what it says for the optimal results. *

I am at the end of my Full Body Cleanse program and I feel amazing!!!!! I thought this was going to be difficult for me as I was not a Vegan life style person. From day one I was bewildered by how I didn’t feel hungry and actually there were some days I only had a veggie juice for dinner! I lost seven pounds in the first seven days! The Full Body Cleanse works great, hard to eat only raw vegan but great cleanse. Took the first few days off to get use to my body adjustment from the cleanse but after that its becomes a habit and gets easier. It also help get rid of carvings and bad habits after cleanse is complete slowly introduce food back, slow is the key. *
