I did the 20-day Full Body Cleanse and lost a total of 20 pounds. I was impressed with not only the weight loss, but the amount of energy I had. I got so many compliments about how clear my face was, while doing the cleanse. The first couple of days were difficult because I don't think I was eating enough fruits and vegetables. After that though, the cleanse was easy to complete. I absolutely loved the results and recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. *

The Full Body Cleanse works great, hard to eat only raw vegan but great cleanse. Took the first few days off to get use to my body adjustment from the cleanse but after that its becomes a habit and gets easier. It also help get rid of carvings and bad habits after cleanse is complete slowly introduce food back, slow is the key. *

Excellent! I have used the Full Body Cleanse before. Lost weight, felt lighter and more energetic. I did have some nausea the first few days but I drank lemon water and it helped to minimize it. It was a little difficult taking pills six times a day but I packed my items the night before and it made it much easier to manage. the results are worth it!!! *

Great cleanse, I was 5’7” 187lbs, before I started my first cleanse. I lost 13lbs with no exercise and I had a few cheat days. My blood pressures were better and my headaches completely disappeared. This is my 5th time on the Full Body Cleanse. I have been fasting, cleansing and detoxing for over 25 years. I like this one the best. The raw food diet was new to me so I learned how to enjoy raw food. I have even used the recipes on the Dherbs website. Zucchini noodles with cilantro pesto is my favorite. My brother will be trying it for the first time. He has never cleansed so this is going to be interesting. Thank you for your products. *
