Started using the bowel movement supplement and it works wonders. It doesn’t give you the cramping sensation as most bowel movement supplements do. I would recommend this to anyone who just wants to keep a regular movement going and get rid of excess bloating. *

I’ve been using bowel motion for a few years and I have no complaints. Bowel Motion makes you feel light and eliminates bloating and constipation, very little cramping and no discomfort and it works quickly.. Bowel Motion has helped me significantly. I have struggled with constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I went from having a bm every 3-4 days to having a bm every day. It has me regular, helps with bloating, and uncomfortable feeling. It doesn’t cramp my stomach much. But when you have to go, you have to go.
