I really enjoyed this journey and the Weight Release Cleanse. The first thing I want to mention is I was addicted to coffee. Whenever I tried to stop drinking it I would have the most painful migraine, so I prepared myself for the migraine but I didn't get one nor did I crave sugar! I lost 12 pounds and I feel great! *

I struggled in the beginning after a week it was easier. I lost 17lbs and now I'm in the Maintenance package. I will be trying the Full Body Cleanse after the holidays. *

I was able to release 14lbs without any changes to my lifestyle. I am able to keep it off by continuing to eat right and being a bit more active. Doing the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was the start to a new me that I look forward to continue being for the rest of my life. If you have a big event or just want to become a better you, I would recommend this cleanse. It is easy to complete as well as the schedule works extremely well along with a busy schedule like mine. As an educator, I thought that it would be difficult to stick to the schedule but I was able to do so with no conflicts and remained on track the entire time. So if you are like me, or you are free as a bird, doing this cleanse will be the best decision you will ever make to jumpstart your new you. *

I was looking for a cleanse and ordered the Weight Release Cleanse to try. I tried it and it worked very well. Got my body back on course to a healthier me. Then 6 months later, I tried the Full Body Cleanse. Once again, it met everything I was looking for, my body got back in check and digestive track was moving much better. I will continue to use this product every 6 months as suggested. A great product especially to get all of those toxins that are put out there in our foods and environment. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen worked very well for me. I like the fact that it came with a booklet that was very informative. I love that it started with the explanation of why the word release is used instead of loss. I also love the fact that the kit was very well rounded including essential oils for the bath and an inhaler. That was very impressive.I am considering doing it again to help get past the plateau that I am experiencing. I definitely highly recommend it if you are looking to kickstart or reinvigorate a weight loss journey. *

I LOVE the weight release regimen. I used this product right after a Full Body Cleanse and released nearly 30 pounds. I felt great. Although it is harder to eat an "only raw foods" diet in the winter, I would recommend this product anytime. *
