Hello everyone. Today is my last day of the twenty day Full Body Cleanse. I have been a diabetic since 2005. Fast forward, my A1C creeped up to 12.7 back in March even on medication. I changed my eating habits and lowered it to 9.8 thirty days later. However, that was not good enough. My original goal was to lower my high A1C even more. I started the FBC April 23rd. I did not have a problem adjusting to this cleanse, eating only vegetables, nuts, seeds and fruit. I would say to myself every morning "I've lived for fifty one years, twenty days will not hurt". I stuck to the raw diet and consumed only alkaline water. Throughout this process I would check my blood sugar twice to three times a day, and I was pleased with the numbers. I will go back for a checkup in July. My bonus to all of this is I dropped sixteen pounds without exercising. One thing I did that I don't know if it is approved by Dherbs is I made my salad dressing from Apple Cider Vinegar, Avocado Oil, and Minced Garlic. I put that on all of my salads and raw snacks the whole time. Thank you for producing a product that works. *
