I really love how this cleanse is called "weight release," because it really does help you transform your ways of thinking regarding weight loss. You want to do more than just "lose" the weight, you want to "release" it for good, and that's exactly what this cleanse will help you do. I'm not really a big fan of the raw food diet, but it's probably just because I haven't found the right recipes. I especially loved the aroma therapy inhaler.
