I tried the Full Body Cleanse a couple of years ago. It was great. Lost about 20lbs during cleanse and afterward I had no cravings for meat or sweets. It took me almost a year later before I even had a hamburger! Definitely recommend! *

I completed the 20-day Full Body Cleanse in February. I must say I was not one bit disappointed. The effectiveness of the cleanse is a must have for everyone to try. I lost 31 pounds in 20 days using this cleanse. My eating habits has changed tremendously. This cleanse really taught me to how to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my lifestyle change, because to me that's exactly what it is. I plan to do the 20-day Full Body Cleanse again in September. To everyone who reads my review know this, you cannot go wrong doing this cleanse. *

The Full Body Cleanse made me feel better took away all the swelling I would get from time to time in my fingers!! Gave me way more energy and made me simply feel healthier!! January my son and I completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. We had awesome results. After the first week we had so much energy we couldn't believe it. My son told me he had not felt that good in a long time, he's a 30 year old athlete trying to go pro as a basketball player. He lost 27 pounds, he was super happy. I too felt high energy eating clean felt so good and I lost 17 pounds. The recipes are awesome. For the first time my son was even making them and he loved them.
