I tried the FBC it was really hard when I first started getting to know what foods to blend and combined but I kept up with it. I did lose a lot of weight and I will be getting another order. It took till about day 9 for me to really start seeing results, but I am really happy with how it works! I went from chronic fatigue to more energy than I knew what to do with, (actually I did a TON of cleaning and other projects I had been avoiding for MONTHS!) my body aches in the morning went 85% away (I used to have to stretch in bed before I got up just so I CAN get up, now I get up waaaay easier without having to stretch!)
