The initial few days were challenging because your body had to adjust to getting its source of nutrients and energy from a different type of source. Afterwards, the weight melted away. Great cleanse!!! Great Customer Service!!! I did my first cleanse about 5 years ago and the order in which I was taking the supplements made my stomach a bit uneasy. I called customer service and the representative walked me through changing the order in which I was taking my supplements (highly acidic blood) and it worked like a charm.
