This is an awesome cleanse! First and foremost-knowledge and informational brochure gave me a real understanding of what each pill was for which helped me to be more dedicated to making sure my cleanse was done properly! Secondly the pills all though a lot are very manageable and easy to take.....as a female I was even able to take all 5 pills in one swallow! Most importantly third....considering the knowledge along with the great pill case which made me able to keep up with my day to day and my cleanse it was a guaranteed success- with the price of the cleanse being EXTREMELY REASONABLE considering other cleanses I researched! The initial few days were challenging because your body had to adjust to getting its source of nutrients and energy from a different type of source. Afterwards, the weight melted away.
