I tried the Full Body Cleanse and must admit it actually works! The first 3-4 days were the hardest for me because it was a complete lifestyle change than what I was use to: quick breakfast, eating on the go, not drinking enough water, etc. After just a couple of days, I noticed a difference in my energy level, I had less headaches, and I didn't feel bloated. It was well worth the investment! *

Great cleanse!!! Great Customer Service!!! I did my first cleanse about 5 years ago and the order in which I was taking the supplements made my stomach a bit uneasy. I called customer service and the representative walked me through changing the order in which I was taking my supplements (highly acidic blood) and it worked like a charm. The cleanse helped me to loose the weight desired (~12 lbs), get a clearer complexion and have GREAT, restful sleep. I was impressed with the fact that the representative called me everyday for a week to check on me to ensure that I was having a better response (physically) to the supplements. Looking forward to my next cleanse (4th) this coming January! *

Professionally I am a person that evaluates various companies throughout the east coast. In other words I drive a lot, I have driven over 100,00 miles this year(2016). For me it was a really a challenge doing the food prep and getting access to clean restrooms daily. One more thing I have braces so eating any type of nuts was out of the question for me. However I had to make it work because I am 39 years old and I miss being trim and fit. I was really impressed with how much energy I gained while on the program. Also I was able to loose 18lbs, without excising during the whole 20 days. Also this program has helped me start making better food choices daily. We did the full body cleanse for the first time this year. My husband lost about 15 lbs. We eat a plant based diet about 90% of the time so the diet is very easy to follow. We did not feel deprived in anyway. Also, the instructions on how and when to take the supplements is very simple. We will start every year with the full body cleanse as a way to reset our bodies. *
