As a person who has become more focused on health and wellness, I incorporate the Full Body Cleanse at least once per quarter to help me revitalize from the inside out. When I was first introduced to this product, I was amazed with my results after 21 days, it was easy to be on and I found the food choices to be great as well. *

I'm 5' 2" and every 4 pounds takes me up a whole clothing size. After completing the Full Body Cleanse, I lost 8 pounds and I was able to get into the some of my clothes that I either haven't been able to fit or have been squeezing into uncomfortably. I was also very pleased when the biggest issue I suffer with, the bloating, and it went away. I plan to do the Full Body Cleanse every 4 months just to keep clean and as a reminder to check my healthy eating habits. *

This cleanse was so easy to follow and the raw recipes on the web site were so tasty. I feel great! I recommend following the protocol and calling customer service with any concerns. My wife and I have used this product for the last 3 years. Around February we do our full body cleanse and I must say it was a little difficult the first couple of days, but your body will adjust. After the 20 days, our body's looked and felt amazing, I lost about 20 lbs, and my wife lost about 18lbs, after getting all those toxins out of your body it's like night and day. This was my second full body cleanse the 1st one I did was the 20 day cleanse this is an amazing product. The second one I did was the 10 express cleanse and I had the same great results. 2 days from the finish line of completing my first round of the full body cleanse. I can truly say it has been a challenge. Day 14 I was down 18 lbs will recheck at day 20. My stomach is flatten my bathroom habits has increased especially by day 10. My skin did break out with pimples and even a cold sore. BUT I continue with faith that my body was healing thyself.
