I first heard about the Full Body Cleanse while listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. I immediately went to this website and ordered my first FBC a few years ago. I started another FBC yesterday and am looking forward to the many benefits this process provides. This is day two and I feel great already. I really got a lot of goodies out of doing this cleanse. I released 12-15 pounds without working out, not sure of the exact amount b/c I did not weigh myself until the 3rd day. I also went down an inch in my waist by the end of the first week. My clothes fit a lot looser and I feel better. I had the best sleep in a long time. At the end of the day I was ready for sleep and by morning I was refreshed. I really enjoyed that piece. My only draw back was by the end of day one, I had an over-whelming head ache. I cut back on the dosage and built back up to the 5 a day and did not have that experience anymore. I believe it was just too much goodness too fast for my system.
