I drink this daily, sometimes twice a day. Its tastes great and doesnt need added sweetner. Its been about a month I began creating a homeopathic treatment for my CKD, I did the Kidney cleanse and this tea is part of it. I chose to fast through half of it, this tea definitely helped on those days, it was so good and helpful I am continuing with the tea. *
