This product worked pretty well to clear up my lungs from smoking tobacco. I felt like I could breathe better the second I started taking them, on days when I did not take them I really could tell the difference. This will be my go to now for lung health. This is a great product. The product's ingredients are all-natural. There is no after taste and the pills are small. I stop smoking completely a bit after and will purchase more later. I think it cleared up mucus in my lungs, but I'm not completely sure. *

I've been taking Lungs & Respiratory for a few weeks. After taking this supplement, I noticed that my ongoing coughing has stopped. There were a couple of days when I didn't take it and my coughing returned. My lungs, however, haven't cleared from mucus as others have experienced, so my breathing hasn't improved.
