The sea moss powder is great. I'm adding it to my fruit smoothies and my fruit smoothies taste is unaltered. My energy is up and I'm feeling healthier within! I'm also noticing my skin is looking more youthful. My hair looks healthier as well. It's so easy to just add it in as it's ready to go in powder form. I will continue with this as a normal part of my daily intake. I do recommend! *
