Even though the Island breeze is my favorite of the Dherb's natural bars, the cranberry actually wasn't that bad. I'm not really a breakfast eater, but I can say this would definitely make a great morning snack. Wasn't too sweet, and If you like cranberries, you'll love the tase of this. It's fulfilling and helps off-set sugar cravings. *
