First, I enjoyed the Full Body Cleanse because it helped alleviate my stomach bloating. My stomach went down, and I no longer feel "it" when I bend over. Secondly, my skin improved, I regained mental clarity, and my face became thinner—all thanks to the raw food diet and the capsules. I lost 14 pounds on this 20-day cleanse. My main objective was to overcome my sugar addiction to processed foods. I will continue doing the 10-day cleanse quarterly, starting in February.
