I have to be honest, it was tough the first couple of days of the raw diet but after I fugured out what I could eat I soon realized it was a variety of raw diet recipes I could use to keep me focus on detoxing my body. I thought I would have issues with taking so many pills. It was actually quite easy with the pill container that came with the kit and the pills were quite easy to swallow.
