I loved the Full Body Cleanse but it took a couple of days to get use to it. Overall it was a great product. I love how I felt after doing the cleanse. I felt very light, I did lose 12lbs. *

The Full Body Cleanse was not hard to do once you get started and the menus that is recommended help a lot. You feel a whole lot better once you complete the program. I will be doing this cleanse again in a few months it's really a good program not only for weight loss but overall health and your body feels really good after. *

The Full Body Cleanse really does make you feel rejuvenated and energetic. I am a runner and am already slim so I used this cleanse to help clear my mind, sleep deeper, and cleanse my body of the sluggish feeling I've had since Christmas dinner. I also see this as an opportunity to decrease how often I smoke. This is my third time using the Full Body Cleanse and this time, I'm going to complete 40 days instead of my usual 20. After the first 5 days, it gets easy so I think going 40 days is achievable. *

I just want to let you know how totally happy I am with this Full Body Cleanse. I’ve only been on it for 1 week today and have already lost 10 lbs. I’m also doing the raw diet with it.
