I didn't notice it at first but the Weight Release Tea did cut down my munching a cravings. I am noticing more during my second cleanse! Thank goodness because these PMS cravings can be a MONSTER haha. I will keep a bag on hand since I now believe it does help. Stay near the bathroom as well!!! Eating the raw food, the water and this tea is something else. SO thankful to be working from home until a meeting runs too long or the timing is just off....
