Great product! Second day so far was the hardest I had a horrible headache for the entire day pretty much slept all day and night.I have been eating fresh fruit shakes for breakfast and salad for lunch than dinner. I just added a sorted of mix vegetables on top. I'm now on day 14 and have lost 17 pounds and feel great. The best part is having energy and the amazing sleep I'm getting at night. Once I have complete the body cleanse I plan to follow with the weight release cleanse. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to making life style changes or to just better themselves overall. I tried the dherbs cleanse because I wanted to see for myself if it really worked since I was always hearing people talk about it. Well, I must say it truly does work. I eat a lot of vegetables anyway so taking out the meat wasn't so bad. Temptation was all around me being that I still had to cook for my family and they weren't trying to hear of not eating meat. Both my wife and I are currently on the 20 day cleanse. While all these pills seemed a bit intimidating at first, it is truly a great product.
