I just finished the full body cleanse! I try to do a cleanse at least once a year but really try to do one every 6 months. This by far has been the best cleanse I've ever tried! I won't be doing any other cleanse from now on! I still had 5lbs to lose from having my last baby who is now 2 yrs old...I lost 8lbs while on the cleanse! I wasn't ding the cleans to loose weight but it sure was a welcome side to it. This cleanse is everything it says in the description. While on the cleanse I had more energy and overall felt better. Plus I was able to shed weight. I did do slight exercising, such as brisk walking or light jogging. Definitely recommended. *

I did the full body cleanse twice in 2016 and now I'm planning to order the weight release. I released around 20/28lbs with the full body cleanse in February and August. My diet consisted of two medium Mango Kale Smoothies daily as meal replacement and a large salad for dinner, no eating after 8/9 pm. *

I purchased the body cleanse twice. The first time I cheated, and didn't follow the instructions, especially the meal plan. For that reason, I didn't get the desired results. The second time, I follow the instructions and lost over 20 pounds. As a result, my wife purchased the cleanse also an lost over 25 pounds. I ask her not to finish the program because she was loosing too much weight (in my opinion anyway, need some meat on those bones). If your goal is weight loss, why not cleanse your body at the same time! This is the best body cleanse program on the market today. Don't go for any other gimmicks, if this doesn't work for you, then you did not follow the instructions. And if you follow the instructions and don't get the same results, I'll give you your money back! *
