I tried the cleanse in March 2017 and it amazed me how I was able to actually eat more frequently but steadily drop pounds. I must admit that I was not as prepared for the cleanse as I should've been i.e. research recipes and specific groceries; this impacted me a bit as I found myself eating the same things over and over. I am planning to do the cleanse again and have already found an accountability partner, I will be purchasing the cookbook and will be planning out my meals BEFORE starting and not being so zealous to start that I do it without preparing. I'm looking forward to posting my results of this next round. *

The full body cleanse is a definite necessity for anyone who eats, breathes, bathes, etc. - in other words, for everyone. Given our exposure to the numerous toxins with no way to avoid the entering our bodies, a comprehensive cleanse like this one must be incorporated as a periodic wellness regimen. The benefits are too numerous to exhaustively detail, but I RELEASED fat, waste, and toxins; my energy level increase; I no longer snore and experience respiratory issues; I sleep better; my bowels are more regular; I no longer crave sugar; and I have renewed my thinking as related to food with an understanding of the importance of clean eating and truly feeding my body. My wife and I did it together - so I purchased two kits initially. She had positive results as well. Our daughter suffers with PCOS, so when she came home from college, we ordered two more kits - one full 20-day for her, and my wife and I "split the other 20-day kit so that she could do the first 10 days with our daughter, and I am currently completing my "10-day" as she finishes her full 20 day process. We plan to order her the Female Cleanse as there have been some positive results we read on the blog regarding endocrine/metabolic dysfunction. My wife and I BOTH have/are experiencing even more results the second time around even though we are doing 10 days instead of the full 20, so your body won't get "immune" to these powerful supplements as long as you FOLLOW THE PLAN. It is not easy initially, but as your body is being cleansed during the first few days, you feel great, and become even more motivated. There are also numerous recipes the DHerbs website that help as well. These products have helped us to transition to a different lifestyle - one that will certainly add years of vitality to our lives. Our daughter is also seeing benefits, although she is not releasing as much weight because of the PCOS disorder. She feels much better, however, and has released some weight as well as toxins. I had been trying to loose the extra weight I gained when I got married 5 years ago. Before I married weigh 137 my weight I gained 161. I ordered the full body cleanse and thought why not, I've been looking at it for well over 2 years. I started on may 5th at 161 now I am 147 and I LOVE IT and guess what that's without exercising! I had to get my eating under control. Now I'm going to order the Maintenance package to get the rest off but I am going to be exercising with it Dherbs. I was absolutely amazed by day 3 when all of my cravings were gone, not to mention I didn't take any of the bad food items out of my pantry or my fridge. I have used the full body cleanse 3 times and each time it has given me the results I wanted! I lost about 15 pounds every time each about 6 months apart and kept it off. Its extremely difficult to stick to the food plan at first which is why I only lost 15 instead of more but after the first couple days it become s a routine and I actually stick to the food for months after even because I am so used to it. The bloating stays down, you feel better and best of all you lose weight! I am on constant medication for my back problems and take this to help clean out my system every so often. The last time I did it, I had a reaction to the skin pill and I broke out all over my chest so I just took that one off after customer service recommended it and it cleaned up within a day or two. *

This product is amazing! I lost weigh (15 lbs!), my energy level soared and my skin cleared up! Now the first week is pretty difficult if you're like me and were addicted to sugary foods and haven't had a diet focused on fruits and vegetables, so be prepared. But once you get thru that first week it starts to become habit and you'll find yourself not even craving some of the foods you used to eat on a daily basis. For instance, it was once absolutely necessary for me to have some form of a sugary snack daily and since doing this cleanse I actually turn my nose up at sugary snacks and no longer crave them. I'm about to do my 2nd go-round on this product (I have about 30 pounds to lose and I like that this allows you to lose the weight gradually while cleansing the body.).
