I want to give it 3 stars because I haven't loss any weight (day 4). But I have some other complications that have presented themselves within the last year that it definitely has helped with. Culprit #1: Lack of monthly cycles! Day 1 my cycle had turned on. No warning at all. Started hesitantly the very first day of the regimen. Mostly spotting. By day two, the flow was still lingering. By the end of that day I went into full flow mode! This is after almost a year of back up. So, I'm imagining that my body understands that weight loss is secondary to regulating this issue. I plan to follow up with the uterus cleanse. My eliminations are happening regularly as well, which is also Culprit #2! (graphic imaging to follow) my stools are smooth and plentiful since starting this cleanse. They vary in color, dark to light brown, deep green, and black stains. I think the black is from the charcoal (I welcome feedback on that). So far, those are the two highlights that I've noticed. Prayerfully my body can get together and then begin to expel some of my excess weight too. Also, I've had no struggle at all with the required diet. But I'm also doing this while I'm in a position to control my food purchase, my environment, and the stimuli around me. I did notice that on day #3, while out on the town, I began having cravings of all the food advertisement around me, and I wasn't even hungry. I resisted it all and came home and made me a very colorful, festive salad. It was delicious and filling! The last thing I would like to accomplish during this cleanse is multiple BMs per day.
