I never thought I would be able to do a raw diet for 20 days but I did, it wasn’t easy but it was well worth it. I learned so much about myself and healthy eating while on my journey. The recipes that are provided were key in the success of my Full Body Cleanse and beyond. I still use them. I did the cleanse with my daughter and it was an amazing. The Full Body Cleanse is the best thing I came across. After 2 days I started to feel more energy and at the end of the 20 days I felt great and kept on with the vegan diet. I tried the Full Body Cleanse and just wanted to let you know that this product really works. I lost a total of 22 lbs on the cleanse. New food selections were easy with the recipes that were provided. You get the hang of it within a few days and I was able to stick with it because I really like salads and learned to make my own flavorful salad dressing recipes. Each week I saw weight lost of 3 to 5 lbs great product that does what is says, if you follow the directions. I would like to try the weight loss product but the cost is a factor. Oh yes, I did notice health result as well like more energy, no knee pain in joints, reduction in belly fat, regular bowel movements, clearness of thought and an overall feeling of wellness. *
