This product is great! One area I had the most issues was digestion. After the cleanse I moved regularly every day, sometimes twice a day. I felt so great 15 out 20 days because my body was trying go through the process of not wanting the meats and sweets. I lost 20lbs on the Full Body Cleanse and only desired to have more fruits and veggies. I wanted more water, more healthy clean eating. It feels good to get right and lose weight. I encourage mostly all of my co-workers, family and friends to do the Full Body Cleanse. To experience and cleanse their bodies. Love this product. Doing it again. *
