I purchased the Full Body Cleanse and began to use it immediately. As a Law Enforcement Officer (midnight shift), I've adopted some bad eating habits and have experienced low energy levels with significant weight gain. It took a few days to get used to. This is my 2nd Full Body Cleanse. On the first one, not only did it help the arthritis in my little finger and left knee, I lost 25 lbs. I did have one hiccup though, which was my fault. I caught a sinus infection (didn't know I had it when I started the cleanse), so after going to the doctor, he put me on antibiotics, so I had to stop the cleanse after 2 1/2 days. So as soon as I finished them, I began again. I have to admit though, after about 8-10 days, I felt a little weak...but I pushed forward. Also I was a little ill-prepared. I should have looked at the recipes and become more familiar with the foods before starting, but I was so excited that I didn't. I gained 5 lbs. over the Holiday and was feeling bad, so I decided to do it again. This time I knew what to expect and was prepared. My weight loss will not be as big as I don't have as much to lose this time. I just started Day 11 and I have lost 12.5 lbs. I am NOT hungry...some times missing a meal and just snacking. This time was a little harder for me in that it's cold in Miami and eating cold food just makes me colder! To me, the hardest part is taking ALL those pills! I couldn't tolerate the charcoal, so I bought pill capsules and put it in them, which means even MORE pills per day. I get busy and forget to take my pills.
