At first the Full Body Cleanse was difficult as I never have been challenged accordingly, but after a couple of days it was smooth sailing. If you don’t like taking a lot of pills then this may not be for you however I will say that you get used to them. Overall I lost 17 lbs! *

The D-herbs full body cleanse was fantastic! I lost between 20-25lbs. Even though I ate a few meals that consisted of cooked vegetables ... I went to a vegan Indian restaurant, because I had not prepared my raw food in advance; but even though, the results were still pretty amazing!
