I've done the Full Body Cleanse a number of times. When I follow all the rules, I lose a little over 20 lbs. It puts me on a different path afterward because the cravings for meat and sweets aren't as bad anymore. It's definitely a great starting point for becoming a vegetarian or vegan. Absolutely works! You must follow the rules - no shortcuts. Lots of water, no processed food, no sugar, and exercise (but don't overdo it, or you'll feel lightheaded). I lost 30 lbs on the Full Body Cleanse and stuck with the dietary guidelines, losing some additional weight. Unfortunately, I've been a very naughty girl and have gained back some of the weight.
