Great cleanse if you suffer from the negative side affects of overnight shift work such as weight gain, gassiness, sluggishness, mental dullness, etc. I lost 10lbs with the Full Body Cleanse and the negative side affects reversed. I was on the 20 day Full Body Cleanse sometime ago. It really does work. I explained to the associate when purchasing the program, I have a lot of bloating in the midsection. He told me exactly what to do. The first week of the program was difficult, because I was a sweet and carbohydrate addict. I had a hard time eating raw. I adjusted, everything went well.
