I've done this cleanse twice, each time after eating too much cooked foods. I can't remember how much weight I lost during the first cleanse but my second cleanse I lost 7 pounds. Doing this cleanse was pretty easy for me because, with the help of my herbalist, I was vegan for 5 years and a vegetarian for another 5 years. I did so for health reasons. After I healed I went back to meat (primarily organic chicken and turkey and fish) and wheat. I did the 10 day cleanse each time I notices a pimple on my face or neck and when I felt tired for an extended period of time. Within the first few days of each cleanse I felt like myself again but continued the entire regimen. I appreciate having access to Dherbs products. For some time I was a little lost because my herbalist passed away. I heard about Dherbs on KJLH and am glad I did. *

I really liked this product. Next time I will do the 20 day. Taking the pills was the hardest part for me only because I don't like taking pills. I lost 11lbs with just doing the regimen and eating a raw vegan diet. Next time I will incorporate exercise. *
