I started the 10 Day Cleanse on January 24, 2023. I weighed 202.3 pounds, my blood pressure was 157/120. Today is the 10th day, I weigh 192.8, my blood pressure is 115/83. I look great! I’m exercising more than usual, my skin is beautiful!! And this is just a 10 day cleanse!! I’m taking a short break, and doing another cleanse in a couple weeks.
