Outside of the weight loss, the biggest change I experienced was an increase in energy level. I can honestly say I was not prepared for the results! The full body cleanse gave me a refreshed feeling! I was no longer lethargic. The weight loss was unbelievable! I had lost 8lbs in the first 5 days. By the end of the cleanse I had lost close to 15 lbs (only because I was not working out and I was not properly preparing my meals ahead of time) my skin was clear, I have mental clarity. This product is great! One area I had the most issues was digestion. After the cleanse I moved regularly every day, sometimes twice a day. I felt so great 15 out 20 days because my body was trying go through the process of not wanting the meats and sweets. I lost 20lbs on the full body cleanse and only desired to have more fruits and veggies. I wanted more water, more healthy clean eating. It feels good to get right and lose weight. Have been a DHerbs customer for several years now & the Full Body Cleanse is a MUST in my book. I know being a diabetic myself the importance of watching my weight & blood sugar levels; so I believe a full body cleanse is an annual must do at least, every 6 months don't hurt either. I know last year February 2017 my A1C count was way too high so my VA provider was monitoring my levels monthly, I ordered the Full Body Cleanse & after completing the 20+ day cleanse my A1C level came way down & the nurse was amazed at how much better state I was in, as before they were very worried. I highly recommend! *

I lost a total of 15lbs on this cleanse. The first few days were tough, but i stuck with it. My skin was soft and beautiful and I needed new clothes. It was a lot of pills to take each day. My career hours, made it a little difficult to take them as directed. I didn't use the Activated Charcoal each day as directed, I probably could have lost more. I'm purchasing my 2nd Full Body Cleanse. Birthday Time! *
