This product really does work. Sticking to direct diet plan and getting some exercise. At first taking so many pills at once was very overwhelming but as the days go by you feel your energy levels arise and skin start to glow. I have tried this product a few times and I love it I lost about 15 lbs the first time and the 2nd time about 10lbs and with that you also lose inches off your waist and all the fatty places that women don’t like! So this could definitely be used for a jump start program or if just a cleanse! I didn’t think that 20 days would make a difference but it did. I’m not really a salad eater so I had to find different spices for them. I even made smoothies some days to replace a meal or for snack and then ate a hand full of almonds. I started at 199 and without exercise I lost 5 lbs in the first week and once I started working out and getting into the groove of taking the capsules and balancing out my food regiment to more of a vegan and vegetarian style diet I feel like I was on top of then world! So like I said I highly recommend this supplement plan! *

The Full Body cleanse does exactly as advertised. I lost 14lbs. I do wish you could incorporate cooked vegetables . *

This product has been very helpful to improve my overall health. It has put me on the fast track of eating healthy. I felt like I had no choice but to give this product a try. I've had so many stomach issues for years now and the doctor's could not find anything. They ran test after test and things came back normal and I've been gaining weight like crazy out of nowhere smh (where is all this pain coming from)? Then shortly I found out that my thyroids were not balanced and not producing hormones like they should and I'm also pre-diabetic. I was thinking to myself that it must be yeast, I have way too much yeast in my stomach. So I ordered the full body cleanse and when I say within the 2nd week I felt like a new person. No pain in my stomach at all, I have more energy, I went back to the doctors and everything came back normal my thyroid is back to being balanced again my blood test is where it should be. This cleanse is excellent! Both my husband and I did it towards the end of the year and it was very effective. We did transition to vegan around a month before doing the cleanse. Admittedly, we didn't eat raw the entire time and the cleanse was still very effective. The amount of waste that we both eliminated was more than we have ever in our lives. Also unlike some cleanses there is no stomach cramping and discomfort, it's very natural and gradual. I missed it when it was over. I lost about 5 pounds and my husband lost about 20 pounds. The best part of the cleanse is that after trying for our second baby for over a year, we finally got pregnant a few weeks after the cleanse was over. *
