I did the Full Body Cleanse in March and actually felt the changes that were taking place each day. I definitely could tell the difference in breathing, energy, stamina, deeper degree of relaxation and I lost weight/inches, just to mention a few improvements. It was a test for me to eat all raw foods, all the time for 20 days and I admit that I was successful at it for the first 12 or 13 days and then I wavered but it was my first time and I'm not by no means quitting. I am doing another Full Body Cleanse between June and August with the hopes to do one 3 or 4 times a year. In between cleanses, I'll be using several of the condition-specific products. Having allergic asthma, the Lung & Respiratory supplements impressed me the most. Breathing was relaxed and unnoticeable, sinuses were clear.
