The Full Body Cleanse was so easy, the booklet was informative and addressed all my questions that I had during the course of the cleanse. The recipes online were delicious, easy to prepare and very helpful in maintaining the raw foods diet. I was never hungry, between snacking on raw nuts and fruit, I was eating all of the time!!! I have a whole new appreciation for fruits and vegetables. *
