I did the Full Body Cleanse right after the ten day FBC and have lost 22 pounds in total, it takes some getting used to with all the pills and a large amount of water to keep your system cleaned out and detoxed but after a few days you start to notice the benefits of the herbs. Will probably do this again later this year along with the colon cleanse. *

When I followed the Full Body Cleanse program as designed I lost 18 pounds, rid myself of hot flashes, and a lot of inflammation.
