I am really glad that I chose to do the FULL BODY CLEANSE. I did not do the FULL BODY CLEANSE so much for the weight loss but, the weight loss was a plus. All total I lost 22lbs with no exercise. Next time I will add exercise and look for better results. If I had one negative, it would have to be the carbon. I know it is essential but it's a mess to clean up. The carbon need to be in capsule form if possible. *

Hello everyone, I really enjoy the FBC because it works, but I am really disappointed that the tea and the bowel motion was not in the package I received this time as I received in the past. Those 2 helped the process along. So it will be really nice for some of us that could use the bowel motion have it included again. Really there should be a FB package with the bowel motion and tea included. Other wise I love the products. Thank you! *

Wow! is my true statement. This cleanse was amazing to me. Not only do I feel fantastic my hot flashes went away.
