Using this product made it easy to focus on timing meals along with the supplement of the product. I was never hungry and it was easier than I thought it would be. You have to take the supplements 6 times a day and if you eat a small meal at the same time it keeps you from getting hungry. I was able to lose 15# without exercising. My next goal is to repeat the cleanse and incorporate exercise to see if I can lose more than the previous 15#. It's the best I have ever felt. *
