I am really glad that I chose to do the FULL BODY CLEANSE. I did not do the FULL BODY CLEANSE so much for the weight loss but, the weight loss was a plus. All total I lost 22lbs with no exercise. Next time I will add exercise and look for better results. If I had one negative, it would have to be the carbon. I know it is essential but it's a mess to clean up. The carbon need to be in capsule form if possible. *
