I first consulted my Doctor who agreed with me that this may be a positive thing that would assist me with the goals that I had set for myself. Loved the Full Body Cleanse. I had a serious caffeine habit that I wanted to kick. The first 3 days of the cleanse without coffee were treacherous! Once I got past the 5th day though, I was good. I don't 'need' coffee in the morning any longer. I choose to have a cup on the weekends. Most of the time I don't even finish the full cup.
