I just finished the Full Body Cleanse yesterday and I am so pleased with my progress. I lost 15 pounds in the 20 days. I felt really good during the cleanse and it was a great experience. I went in not knowing if it was realistic for me to abide by the dietary restrictions but I surprised myself. I was never hungry and I did not feel restricted. I am certain that my results could have been further enhanced if I didn't eat outside of the recommended windows but I didn't want to feel hungry. I take a lot of my learnings with me post cleanse. I had the same breakfast today that I had during the cleanse. I tried things I had never tried before and discovered new healthy habits. I will do this again in the future.
