The Full Body Cleanse is a real cleanser. No joke about that. Now it seems to work differently on everyone because me, my mom and sister took it and we had different results. In the Full Body Cleanse booklet it's stated that you'll notice mild nausea, slightly reduced appetite, slight headache, cough, etc. and they are on point with that because I experienced it.
