I lost over 26 pounds when I took my first Full Body Cleanse. This led me to attempt the weight loss cleanse which really started me on the road to a healthy life style with my eating habits. I started this process in March and my weight at that time was 297lb's. I absolutely loved the Full Body Cleanse. I wanted to just try it out without actually working out, but still eating well here and there and I lost around 9 lbs. Certain pills weren't that tasty lol but it definitely kept me from getting sick this past month. Everyone else in my house was sick as a dog and I'm just seating here all healthy and stuff lol.
