I just completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and I must say this is one of the best decision that I have made to date. I am not sure how much weight I lost because I did not weigh myself on day one. My main goal was to detox so I was not concern with numbers on the scale. At first I was scared that I would not follow thru but to my surprise it was quite easy. I did not have any cravens and I stayed full every day. I was able for the first time to watch food cooking channels and commercials with food without running to the kitchen to raid my cupboard or the refrigerator.
