I first heard about the Full Body Cleanse on the Steve Harvey Morning show and was immediately intrigued, yet skeptical. I have to tell you that this product did not disappoint! I have a very demanding job and am also a wife and a mother of four. Prior to using this product I NEEDED to have at least two cups of coffee a day and was about 20 lbs over weight and basically addicted to sugary foods. Although the first few days were a little challenging with the change in diet and the break from caffeine, I looked at the resources on this website and even emailed customer service (who were very responsive). By day 3 the cravings were GONE! I was so HAPPY and surprised with how much energy and alertness I had throughout the day. I really got a lot of goodies out of doing the Full Body Cleanse. I released 12-15 pounds without working out, not sure of the exact amount b/c I did not weigh myself until the 3rd day. I also went down an inch in my waist by the end of the first week. My clothes fit a lot looser and I feel better. I had the best sleep in a long time. At the end of the day I was ready for sleep and by morning I was refreshed. I really enjoyed that piece. My only draw back was by the end of day one, I had an over-whelming head ache. I cut back on the dosage and built back up to the 5 a day and did not have that experience anymore. I believe it was just too much goodness too fast for my system.
