This product is amazing! I felt great. Not hungry!! Lost 18 pounds in 20 days. No sugar cravings! Eating raw foods sounds hard but it is not. It was easier than I thought and I didn't even follow any of the many recipes found on line. Next time I plan on trying some of them. Felt that the product did what it said it would do. I've tried other products in the past and did not have the same results. The only down side is that I thought I was also doing a Full Body Cleanse and later learned this is not. It would be better to do the full body and then the weight loss cleanse. I'm getting ready to do the full body. I will definitely continue to do these cleanses regularly throughout the year. *

I have been on the weight release for about 2 weeks but didn't follow the diet plan until 3 days ago and I have gone from 272 to 259. I would have released a lot more if I followed it instead of eating pasta, pizza and steak on those days the scale was like a yoyo.
