I LOVED the FULL BODY CLEANSE!!! I did not lose as much as I thought I would from other's comments, but I lost apx 17 pounds, and I am very satisfied with that. It was a lot to get used to in the beginning because there were so many big pills to take. But after about a week, I was swallowing 2 at a time with no problem. The carbon was also something to get used to, but that also became easy to drink. I felt energetic during the cleanse, and I noticed that acne breakouts (even at my age of 50) came to a halt. I also found many DELICIOUS recipes that I never thought that I would like. I knew that I couldn't eat only salads everyday ... and I did not disappoint myself. I must say that a total vegan diet is not as difficult as it seems. You just have to be willing to experiment. I did a lot of research and used the DHerbs site for recipes and even had my husband eating some of the things that I made. I am definitely going to do it again very soon. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a great product. It does what it say. Raw diet is tough in the beginning but you learn great habits that you will keep after your FBC. *

THIS IS MY 3RD TIME ORDERING THE 20 DAY FULL BODY CLEANSE. THE PRODUCT WORKS, YOU JUST GOT TO STICK TO THE PLAN. I am finishing my first Full Body Cleanse. Just ordered my second one. I hope to do better sticking to the eating plan this time. Thanksgiving was rough and I gave in. I think the Full Body Cleanse was very good and did deliver what it was suppose to do clean me out and I lost some weight; it was hard for a couple of days but once I got into it I was head strong.
