I began the 20-day full body cleanse on 9 February 2019, and I completed 28 February 2019. I must say I was not one bit disappointed. The effectiveness of the cleanse is a must have for everyone to try. I lost 31 pounds in 20 days using this cleanse. My eating habits has changed tremendously. I tried the Full Body Cleanse a couple of years ago. It was great. Lost about 20lbs during cleanse and afterward I had no cravings for meat or sweets. It took me almost a year later before I even had a hamburger! Definitely recommend! *
