I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, so I started with a synthetic hormone. Although I wasn't as sleepy anymore, the scale never moved and I was still unmotivated to go to the gym. I began taking Thyroid Aid and the Sea Moss powder daily, and I feel so much better in just 4 weeks. I have been to the gym 3-4 times a week, dropped a pant size and am not eating crazing carbs and sugar like I was previously.
